Hi! I’m Demetra (Demi), a senior from the Hudson Valley majoring in food science. Outside of Stocking Hall, I have a creative love for photography, especially capturing the ways food brings people together. That passion is actually what first led me to Crème, and since joining, I’ve loved seeing how food sparks connections across our club and across cultures. I’m always up for an adventure, and wherever I go, ice cream is the one thing I have to try. I’m so excited to keep sharing my love for food and community through Crème <3

Annabelle Bann

Vice President

Hii, I’m Annabelle, and I’m a junior in the Hotel School. Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, I love exploring restaurants and pretty much anything food-related. I took a gap year to earn my Pâtisserie Diploma at Le Cordon Bleu, and I love food photography (that’s how I first got involved with Creme de Cornell, where Demi was my Photography Director). Fun fact: I once flew to Vegas for four days to take photos for a restaurant owned by a Hotelie. Outside of food, my hobbies include crocheting/knitting, escape rooms, taking photos of literally everything, and rock climbing. I love sugar, ice cream, steak, and anything with cream cheese.

Hi! I’m Sophie, and I’m the Managing Editor for Créme. I’m a sophomore from Orange County, California, and I’m studying Hotel Administration. I’ve always loved cooking and baking, and I even went to a technical culinary school for high school. If I’m not in the dining hall, cafe hopping, or rating a new restaurant on Beli, you might find me reading, running, or listening to music!

Hi my name is Linus and I am a sophomore majoring in food science from Bethesda, MD. Food has always been a huge part of my life and working on and being part of a publication is a new found hobby of mine. Apart from food and working on magazine, I also love rock climbing, photography, drawing, reading, finding new music, hiking, and just being out in nature!

I love trying new foods (especially in Ithaca, and around the world) and Crème has been a super fun way to explore new recipes and design. Outside of Crème, I love watching/playing tennis, photography, traveling, and watching movies and TV :)

Hi, my name is Jen and I’m the photography director in crème :) I’m a sophomore from Cali majoring in nutritional sciences. I have been baking since I was 5 and I developed a passion for documenting the art of baked goods and dishes through photography. Some of my other hobbies are dancing, going to concerts w/ friends, cafe hopping, and volleyball!!

Maddie Rodoski Hi, I’m Maddie and I’m one of the Co-Culinary Directors for Crème! I’m a senior from Syracuse, NY, majoring in food science. Food has always been one of my favorite ways to connect and make memories with people, so I am excited to share this passion through Crème. From recipe testing to trying new restaurants, I am always excited for good food (especially sweet treats). Outside of Crème, I love thrifting, watching movies, crocheting, and listening to music!

Hai! My name is Joelle and I’m one of the Co-Culinary Directors this year! I’m a senior from Portland, Oregon studying Electrical & Computer Engineering with a minor in Comp Sci. I love cooking, baking, and rating my eats (@iyaseleats on Instagram). Outside of food, I enjoy going on walks, writing poems, and watching movie recaps. I also love discovering fun food combinations, like buttered toast & homemade granola!

Hi everyone! I'm Alexis, the treasurer of Créme. I'm a senior in the hotel school and am from Englewood Cliffs, NJ. I've always had a passion for food, especially baking, so I love everything from testing recipes to trying new restaurants. Some of my other hobbies include tennis, skiing, and pickleball. I love to travel and spend time with friends too. Excited to get to know everyone and to see what we accomplish this year!

Hi everyone! I am a sophomore studying Human Biology, Health, and Society in the College of Human Ecology. I am originally from Queens, NY, so I’ve been lucky to grow up surrounded by a diverse array of foods. I have always appreciated food as something more than just a nutritional necessity but as a delectable form of art. Joining Crème has introduced me to incredible people, cultures, and dishes, and I am so excited to continue sharing our passion as the PR liaison!

Hi! My name is Suan, and I’m a junior studying Hotel Administration from South Korea. I absolutely love food (my entire FYP is food and I make an entire checklist of food to try before traveling somewhere), so I thought Creme would be an amazing club to join!

I’m definitely not the best chef (I’ve managed to burn Banana Foster twice across two different hotel classes), but I really do love everything food-related! Outside of food, I also enjoy trying random things as hobbies, whether that’s freediving, painting, or anything new that sounds fun!

Hi!! I’m Elle - one of the Events Chairs at Crème. I’m a senior studying Design + Environmental Analysis, and I’m from the Bay Area and Tokyo. I love picnics, beach bonfires with s’mores, and nighttime baking- I’m always putting together food related activities :) In my free time I listen to lots of music, go out with friends, and walk around Ithaca’s Farmers Market!!

Hi everyone! I’m Adam, a sophomore in Dyson studying Applied Economics and Management, and I’m from Chatham, New Jersey. Growing up, I was surrounded by a rich variety of foods from my Bulgarian culture, and cooking has always served as a creative outlet and bonding experience with family. Beyond the kitchen, I love exploring the food scene in NYC, so let me know if you have any recs! I also enjoy skiing, listening to music, spending quality time with friends, and traveling. I’m so excited to bring my passion for food to Créme and see all that we can accomplish together!

Hello food lovers! I'm Brian, and I'm from NYC. I recently graduated from Cornell with a degree in Health Care Policy. I can bake a pretty solid matcha cheesecake and make a steak dinner for three (true story). My top-rated meal on Beli was when I had (properly done) Southern fried chicken in New Orleans with a side of fried okra, beans, and slaw. And regarding websites, I have absolutely zero formal computer science training—just a geek with free time 🤓.
